Holds The Money
Receivables, invoices, and job costing usually live in one place. If it goes, reconstructing who owes you what is guesswork.
54%
Actually Got It Back
Only just over half of organizations that lost data in 2025 restored it from a backup — the lowest rate in six years. Having a backup and getting your data back are two different things. Sophos, State of Ransomware 2025
Years
On One Desktop
Bids, drawings, contracts, and job photos pile up quietly in one location nobody has thought about since the day it was set up.
What's Inside

Eight Questions. Ten Minutes. Real Answers.

Each covers a part of your setup that holds something you can’t afford to lose. The questions are in the PDF — here’s the ground they cover.

Your Accounting & Receivables
The financial records you’d need to reconstruct who owes you what — and whether they’d survive a crash, a mistake, or an attack.
Your Project Files & Plans
Bids, contracts, drawings, and job photos — where they live, and who can still reach them when someone leaves.
Email & Account Security
Whether your business email is locked down with MFA — since email is one of the most common ways in.
Field & Mobile Devices
The business data living on phones out in the field, and what happens when one is lost or an employee moves on.
Vendor & Subcontractor Access
Who outside your company can reach your systems — and whether that access is tracked and can be shut off.
Backups & Recovery
Whether what you’re backing up would actually come back the day you need it — not just that a backup exists.
Your Recovery Plan
If everything went dark on a Monday, who you would call first, second, and third.
Cyber Insurance
Whether your policy actually covers you — and what controls it quietly requires you to already have.
Built In Durant. For Texoma.

Why we built this

Button 108 is a Durant-based managed IT and cybersecurity company serving dealerships, healthcare practices, construction firms, and small businesses across Texoma. We work with contractors because we understand the business: the office manager runs everything, the foreman lives on his phone, the work happens on jobsites, the payroll has to clear on Friday.

Most of what a contractor can’t afford to lose sits in just a few places — the accounting software, a pile of phones, a shared drive. We built this as a plain-English way to see where those are exposed, before a crash, a mistake, or an attack forces the question. No jargon, and no sales pitch in the document itself.

  • Plain English — no jargon, no "compliance speak"
  • Includes scoring guide so you know how serious your gaps are
  • Optional follow-up: a free 30-minute walkthrough with our team in Durant
